Every Company, Firms, Director of the company, Partner of the Firm , LLP are required to submit their Income tax return using digital Signature by 30 September 2011 for the financial year 2010-11

Every company required to use Income Tax For VI. Besides Every Company required to do the following

Prepare Account as per Schedule VI of the company Act

Get account audit as per Company Act or Tax Audit or other Audit As Specified by Income tax act or

Furnish the same information in ITR Form VI and submit it before 30 September 2011 for the Financial Year 2010-11

Failure to File Income Tax Return attract penalty under Income tax Act. In case if the company is incurring Loss, return submitted after due date will not allow the company to claim losses from future Income

Compliance requirement from the perspective of Ministry of Company Affair

Every company is required to submit Annual Return otherwise the company will be treated as defaulting company and director will be barred from becoming director in any other company
